I've just prayed Evening Prayer 1 for the First Sunday in Advent.
And so begins another liturgical year, another cycle.
I love Advent. It's such a thoughtful, joyful time of preparation. I love that we
have different seasons, and ordinary time, too.
I'm including links to a couple of Advent calendars.

I love Advent, too. I've taken a break in recent months from praying the hours on a regular basis, but I prayed EP I last night and Morning Prayer this morning. Thinking the new year might be a good chance to get back into the swing of things.
Thanks for the links to the Advent calendar. I like the Mary page.
