Interference By An Animal

Awhile ago, a package I was expecting was delayed due to, and I quote, interference by an animal.  No details were given.
Well, I know all about interference by an animal.  Quite often, when I'm on the computer, Winky will just take over. He'll try to grab the mouse, or he'll walk in front of the computer screen, completely blocking my view.
Or I'll be reading a book... and all of a sudden I'm "reading" a cat!
