Early Morning, Before Mass

I love the early morning before the Mass on EWTN.
Briefly, this is how I spend the time from 6:00 AM until just before 8:00 AM.
The radio wakes me at 6:00, and I pray the Angelus (Regina Caeli during Easter).  Then, I reset the alarm on my radio and go back to sleep until 6:30.
During the time from 6:30 until time for Mass I:
Pray the Morning Offering and some other prayers
Give Winky some food (there is ALWAYS dry food in his dish) and change his water
Have coffee
Pray the Office of Readings and Morning Prayer in the Liturgy of The Hours
Make the bed (cat permitting!)
Read that day's page in my Daily Devotional book. (This year I'm using "My Daily Spiritual Companion", by Marci Alborghetti
Pray at least one of several chaplets I like
Read a little in my Bible
Do some housework (except on Sunday)
Spend some time on the computer (again, cat permitting!)

Encouraging news about EWTN's Fr. Anthony

Fr. Anthony hopes to be back on the air in the near future.  Oh, HOW I'm praying for that to happen! https://franciscanmissionaries.c...
