Litany of Loreto

Of all the titles given to the Blessed Virgin Mary in The Litany
of Loreto, my favorite is "Cause Of Our Joy".
I sometimes think about that when I'm meditating on the Annunciation.

Mizzled/Misled

I found it interesting, almost fascinating, that both Lenora Mattingly Weber's Stacy Belford and Eleanor Cameron's Julia Redfern pronounced "misled" as "mizzled". In each case, the pronunciation is considered to be wrong.
Well, I did a little research (I love searching Google and Google books!) and
(see third entry)

So they weren't so far wrong after all. And now that I think of it, I like mizzled better than misled.

Encouraging news about EWTN's Fr. Anthony

Fr. Anthony hopes to be back on the air in the near future.  Oh, HOW I'm praying for that to happen! https://franciscanmissionaries.c...
