Synagogue in Viznitz




This photograph of the Hasidic synagogue in Viznitz, Austria which I found online,was taken sometime between 1910 and 1920.
It may have been the one my family attended, although as far as I know, they never were Hasidic Jews.
Something new to wonder about!

I have since discovered that there were several synagogues in Viznitz, so it is unlikely that this is the one my family attended.
