Jeopardy Just Lost a Viewer!!!

As of tonight, I am no longer going to watch Jeopardy, and here is why:
In a category called "Great Men and Women of Medicine,"  the
response to one of the answers was "Who was Margaret Sanger?"
[I blew a raspberry and booed, and I HOPE that I
would have done the same had I been in the studio!
No; I  hope I would have walked out, and made it clear WHY
I was walking out!]

If they can call her "great",  then I can no longer, in good conscience, watch that show.

What's In A Name?

What's in a name?  Or rather, what's in how a name is spoken?  Sometimes, quite a lot.
My father's given name was Robert, but when he behaved himself, his mother called him
Bobby.
When, however, he was in trouble, she called him
Ro-BERT!!!!!!
Later this week, I will share at least one story about his being called
Ro-BERT!!!!!!

Found While Googling Beverly Cleary

I was googling  Beverly Cleary when I came across this post.  Incidentally, I remember those books!  I got them at a book fair when I was in elementary school, and now, all these years later, I
would love to read them again.

Two New Pictures

I've added these two pictures to my Rosary Art Collection.
Click here  and here.
I couldn't let this day, the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, go by without adding to my collection.
