This Jingle Confused Me!

This jingle for Rheingold Beer always confused me when I was little. I never understood how beer could be dry. I thought beer was supposed to be wet!

I was searching for information about a certain jingle,
and I discovered that this is where the tune came from. I must say I was surprised.
Incidentally, this recording is also going into my Vintage Media Collection!
