Long-Sought Item Found At Last!

I've been trying to find a carrot magnet for my collection for a long time now, and today,  EUREKA!  The magnet has been ordered, and I should have it by next Saturday.  It's used, but that's not a problem.
Unfortunately, I can't post a picture this time.

Early Rising

I've finally found a way to get up early to pray the Office Of Readings and Morning Prayer that works for me; and it's not just going to bed early.  I tried that, but I would often just end up lying awake for hours.
So what do I do now that helps me get to sleep soon after I go to bed?
Well, it's not what I do, but rather, what I've stopped doing.
I don't take naps any more.
I'm not recommending this for everyone, but it works for me.
