Headaches

Headaches.   NOT a pleasant topic, although, when I got my VERY FIRST headache, I was actually pleased and proud.  It seemed like such a GROWN-UP thing to have!
But now I'm going to get serious.  Now, when I have a headache, I try to remember to offer it up, and to unite it with the incomparably worse pain Our Lord suffered at the Crowning With Thorns.
Compared to that, a headache is like a pat on the head!

I looked at Mom and quipped, "That is MUCH too big for  my Break-Off Collection!"

As soon as I heard Fr. Mitch's opening remarks, I KNEW that I would be sharing this! I was applauding in my living room!
