Homily 2013-01-17 - Fr Anthony Mary MFVA - St Anthony

Another great homily from Fr. Anthony.

U.S. Bishops Call For ‘Nine Days Of Prayer, Penance And Pilgrimage’ Surrounding 40th Anniversary Of Roe V. Wade

Fr. Anthony spoke about this at the beginning of his homily this morning. (That homily will

be posted as soon as it is available on YouTube).

There is also a novena which we are asked to pray.

As for sacrifices, mine will be a simple one; I'm not saying that it will be easy, nor would I want
it to be easy.
I'm going to do without coffee for the nine days beginning on the 19th. Please pray that I persevere!

An Icon and a Stained Glass Image

Appropriately for today, I've added an icon and a Tiffany stained glass image of the Baptism of Our Lord to my Rosary Art Collection.
