My "New" Sunday Hat

Why do I have the word "New" in quotation marks? Well, it's
not really a new hat.  It's the royal blue bowler I've been wearing for almost two years now, transformed into a cloche,
and with a ribbon tied near the bottom.
It will still be a bowler, without a ribbon, during the week.
